In 2017, we launched a modern meat-processing plant and a slaughterhouse, meeting high international food safety standards. Our production is certified by TÜV Thüringen e.V. and meets the requirements of ISO 22000:2005, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, and FSSC 22000, ensuring safety and quality of all our products.
Our building was designed with all production processes and safety requirements in mind. All potential sources of contamination and factors threatening food safety have been considered. The packaging indicates the expiration date and storage recommendations. Generally, sausage should be stored at temperatures from 0 to 6 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 75-80%. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to consume the product within 2 days.
