Toyboss Expands Production and Strengthens Food Security
On October 25, the grand opening of new facilities belonging to the leading enterprises of the Toyboss Group took place — the Kyrgyz Broiler plant in Balykchy and the Agro Kush poultry complex in Kemin.
The events were attended by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry; Bakytbek Jetigenov, Presidential Envoy in the Issyk-Kul region; Daniyar Arpachiev, First Deputy Governor of the Issyk-Kul region; Baatyrbek Zhantaev, Mayor of Balykchy; Emil Takyrbashev, representative of the State Development Bank, as well as representatives of government agencies and the business community.
The project was implemented as part of the national food security program initiated by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Today, Kyrgyz Broiler produces around 21 million hatching eggs per year, which means we can produce up to 30,000 tons of poultry meat.
This is an important step for the country, as it directly contributes to food security.
We have achieved full self-sufficiency in egg production in Kyrgyzstan,”
— noted Bakyt Torobaev.
On the same day, a capsule-laying ceremony was held for the new Agro Kush poultry complex in Kemin.
The Kemin production complex represents a major investment project aimed at expanding the company’s existing production capacities. It includes a new hatchery, poultry growing farms, a feed mill, and a warehouse for finished products.
Once commissioned, the Toyboss Group will produce approximately 30,000 tons of chicken meat per year, equivalent to more than 20 million broilers. Feed production will increase from 28,000 to 115,000 tons per year.
