Agriculture Minister Reviews Construction Progress of a Production Complex in Kemin
On August 5, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Erlist Akunbekov visited the construction site of the Agro Kush–Kemin production complex in Kemin District, Chuy Region.
During the visit, the minister reviewed the complex’s master plan, inspected the site and assessed the current progress of construction.
Askat Dokturbaevich Abdrakhmanov, General Director of Agro Kush LLC, and Myrzabek Orumbaev, General Director of the Adal Azyk Group of Companies, which operates the Toyboss brand, presented the key facilities of the future production complex and briefed the minister on the current stages of the project.
The project includes the construction of a feed mill, two poultry-growing sites comprising 24 modern poultry houses, a hatchery and a warehouse for frozen meat products. The complex will occupy a total area of more than 100 hectares.
The new feed mill will have a production capacity of 30 tonnes per hour. The hatchery will be designed to produce more than 10 million broiler chicks annually, while the cold-storage warehouse will be able to hold up to 3,300 tonnes of products at a time.
Completion of the project is scheduled for 2027.
The new complex will increase domestic production of poultry meat and animal feed, create jobs in Kemin District and provide a sustainable market for grain grown by local agricultural producers.

Agro Kush LLC is part of the Adal Azyk Group of Companies and produces poultry meat through a fully integrated production cycle—from feed production and egg incubation to broiler growing, processing, storage and distribution of finished products.
Following the commissioning of the new facilities, annual feed production is expected to increase from 28,000 to 115,000 tonnes. The project will also help expand domestic poultry production and reduce Kyrgyzstan’s dependence on imported poultry meat.
