Over KGS 1 Million in Potential Annual Energy Savings: The Toyboss Experience
Since 2019, Adal Azyk LLC (Toyboss brand) has been operating a heat recovery system at its production facility, enabling the reuse of thermal energy generated by refrigeration equipment for water heating in production and utility processes.
The facility is equipped with two heat recovery units and four hot water storage tanks with a total capacity of approximately 4 cubic meters. The system supplies hot water to employee shower facilities and production operations.
The source of heat is the plant’s refrigeration compressors. Under normal circumstances, this energy would be lost during operation. Through heat recovery technology, the thermal energy is captured and reused within the production cycle.
According to company specialists, with an average system load of around 60%, the potential volume of recovered energy can reach approximately 420,000 kWh per year.
At current industrial electricity tariffs, this corresponds to potential annual energy cost savings exceeding KGS 1 million.
The company notes that such initiatives are part of its broader efforts to improve resource efficiency and implement sustainable development principles. Efficient energy use helps reduce resource losses and improve overall production performance.
The heat recovery system has been operating successfully for six years and remains an example of the practical application of energy-efficient technologies within the company’s operations.
