The certificate confirms that the processes of slaughtering and processing cattle, small livestock, and poultry, as well as production, storage, and handling procedures, comply with the requirements of the MS OIC/SMIIC 1:2022 standard, veterinary regulations, and Sharia principles.
The document was issued by the Bishkek Center for Testing, Certification and Metrology under the Center for Standardization and Metrology of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
