Toyboss Delivers More Than 3,000 Kyrgyz-Language Books to 100 Schools in Kyrgyzstan
On June 5, an official ceremony was held in Bishkek to deliver more than 3,000 Kyrgyz-language books to 100 schools across Kyrgyzstan. The initiative was implemented by Toyboss in partnership with Turar Publishing House and the Too Baldary Public Foundation.
As part of the project, school libraries will receive 173 book bundles containing 3,287 books in the Kyrgyz language. The project aims to promote reading among children, support the state language, and expand access to quality literature in Kyrgyz for school students.
The ceremony was attended by Melis Murataliev, Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Myrzabek Orumbaev, General Director of Adal Azyk LLC, representatives of Turar Publishing House, the Too Baldary Foundation, and project contributors.
“For us, these are not just books. They are an opportunity for children to discover their native language through engaging stories, stay connected to their culture and traditions, and develop a love for reading from an early age,” said Myrzabek Orumbaev, General Director of Adal Azyk LLC.
Toyboss has been supporting this initiative for the second consecutive year. While nearly 50 schools received books last year, the project has now expanded to reach 100 schools across the country.
Supporting education, reading culture, and the development of the Kyrgyz language remains an important part of Toyboss’s long-term contribution to the future of Kyrgyzstan.
